The service

Studymancer provides study analysis, mistake review, planning, and related learning tools for personal study use. Features may change as the product develops.

AI-assisted results are informational study aids. They are not professional tutoring advice, official exam marking, or a guarantee of academic outcomes.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

If you use Studymancer for schoolwork, you must follow your school’s rules and only upload material you are allowed to use.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security or billing controls, probe other users’ data, or upload unlawful or harmful content. See the Acceptable Use policy for detail.

Purchases and credits

Paid plans and credit packs are sold through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Prices and entitlements are shown at purchase time.

Refunds, cancellations, and purchase problems are handled under the Refund Policy. Contact pattora.nz@gmail.com for billing help.

Privacy

Personal information is handled under the Privacy notice. By using the service you acknowledge that notice.

Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access to protect security, comply with law, or address abuse.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Studymancer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for academic results that depend on your own study and assessment conditions.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot contract out of under the Consumer Guarantees Act or other non-excludable law.
