How Studymancer protects personal information in transit and at rest, and how long categories are kept.

Protection measures
Traffic is served over HTTPS. Private uploads and exports use owner-checked storage paths and short-lived signed download URLs.
Application database access for user data is constrained by authentication, ownership predicates, and row-level security policies.
Retention summary
Account and profile data are kept while the account is open. Study work and derived learning data are kept until you delete the work or the account.
Private source uploads that never become part of a job are queued for deletion after 24 hours. Data-export archives are available for 48 hours, then deleted.
Narrow billing evidence may remain after account deletion where accounting, tax, disputes, or fraud prevention require it. Deleted active data may remain in restricted provider backups until that backup cycle expires.
Your controls
Use Settings to export selected categories, delete finished analyses, or request account deletion. Formal Privacy Act access and correction requests can also be sent to the privacy contact.
