How Studymancer uses AI providers for analysis and study tools, and what that means for your content.

Where AI is used
Studymancer uses contracted AI providers to analyse study material you submit, generate study aids you request, and power optional tutoring features when those capabilities are enabled for your account.
AI output can be imperfect. Treat explanations, marks estimates, and generated practice as study assistance—not as an official exam result or teacher mark.
What is sent to providers
Providers receive the minimum text, images, or derived inputs needed for the job you started. Source uploads remain private to your account and are not published as a public dataset.
Studymancer does not use student content for broad model training by default. Provider, region, contractual protection, retention, training, and deletion settings are reviewed before a provider is enabled.
Human review and safety controls
Runtime controls still enforce authentication, tenant isolation, upload ownership, rate and cost limits, billing rules, and unsafe-markup defenses. Those controls are not replaced by prompts.
If a result looks wrong or unsafe, stop and verify with your teacher or course materials. You can delete finished analyses from your account.
